What we collect
When you use the application form we receive your full name, email address, phone number and address, your description of what your application is for, and any documents you attach, such as a letter from a recognised professional and details of your income and expenditure.
Why we use it
To consider your application, and to contact you about it.
Where it goes
The form sends your application and documents to the Trust by email. Our website provider, First Ideas Limited, keeps a copy of each form submission (your answers and the names of any files, not the files themselves) so an application is not lost if an email fails.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and has no analytics.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete them, by writing to us, phoning or emailing. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
